Joy "Lady Smilez" Codrington Launches Natural Hair Plaiting Salon at Boyds - St. Kitts

Dare 2 Be Different International Mission Mobilization Project (http://www.mmskn.org/ ) client - Joy "Lady Smilez" Codrington officially launched her salon at Boyd's - St. Kitts on Tuesday, 12th June, 2012 during the early hours of the evening after a brief ceremony.

President Khrystus Wallace was adamant that the young ministry team member and participant needed to better establish her small yet growing business' presentation after she received a call from a tourist staying in the Frigate Bay area on Saturday last.

"I am happy to mention that people locally, regionally and internationally are finding out about our participants as we advertise them all over the web. The tourist found Joy on our website. So technology does work. Participants who pass through the first stage of our Business-Talent Empowerment Program automatically become apart of our Private Small Business Association and get listed, once they wish on http://www.kvkenterprises.com/is.htm and on my Caribbean's Auction Site - www.caribbesales.com " Wallace stated.

Codrington (http://www.tagdownskn.com/ ) accepted the offer to plait the visitor's hair almost immediately and she took a taxi from the Frigate Bay Area to Boyds - St. Kitts. The lady was so pleased that she asked Codrington for business cards so she can tell all her friends about her too, when they visit St. Kitts.

Khrystus Wallace, President of Dare 2 Be Different International and Mission Mobilization Facilitor quickly commenced a two day project to turn a store room at his Business Place into a Salon, so Codrington could have her own space.

At the opening ceremony, Codrington firstly thanked Almighty God, her Mission Mobilization colleague - Mr. Curtis Mulley of The Art Depot - http://www.theartdepotskn.com/ for doing such a quick and thorough paint job in such a short while. She didn't hesistate to thank Mr. Wallace for doing all in his power to EMPOWER  young people to make something productive out of their lives.

Mulley paints murals, drawings and paintings on walls of business places, schools etc and sells his paintings to organizations and individuals as momentos and gifts.

Joy stated that she is particularly interested in plaiting Natural Hair and styling locks ONLY but recommended people who wanted their hair braided to her Mission Mobilization Collegue - Sanez Joseph. (See Her Advertisement HERE. )

Codrington is offering a School Club Card. Children who request Joy's Magical Hands Club Card get their hair plait for EC$10 - Email: orders@tagdownskn.com  to request card or 869-664-1721 for bookings

The ceremony which took place in the night, didn't accomodate the services of Lemercius Wallace, another Mission Mobilization Client who provides Live Event Entertainment and Music - http://www.djmerci.com/ . Kerese Dias, another MM participant who runs a Desktop Publishing HomeBased Business - http://www.kayscorp.com/ will be designing business cards for all of her collegues.

The Mission Mobilization program encourages young people to use the services of each other to keep monies flowing among themselves, which would therefore make them stronger individually and collectively.

Wallace, who is seeking Private Donations to expand and reach more youth said. "If we get this program properly funded, we definitely know we would help to create a new mindset in the way our young people live. We'll establish a very diversified set of businesses and business owners who are eager to succeed. We'll get them to do business with each other and keep the monies flowing among themselves. As time progresses, we want to establish our own cooperative where each Mission Mobilization Participant buys some shares and then they'll be able to give small loans among themselves to grow their businesses at a little or no interest rate and don't have to bother with how difficult it sometimes is to get money from typical lending institutions. We have the ideas and in God's time, not before, they will all come to fruition."

Wallace heads to the Government Run Project Strong later this week to empower other youth attendees on entrepreneurship through his Consultancy Firm - http://www.kwconsultingskn.com/. He is available locally, regionally and internationally to facilitate entrepreneurship seminars. He has much experience and expertise having started his first business when he was 11 years old and then moved on to establish http://www.kvkenterprises.com/, http://www.thecaribbeanprintshop.com/, http://www.shopkvk.com/, http://www.caribbesales.com/
